  • Complete the Knowledge Owners programme, concluding the first stage of training and development 
  • In accordance with the Technical committee’s decision, the Knowledge Owner programme will last two years instead of one. Consequently, the project is continuing in accordance with plans and is expected to be completed in spring 2016
  • Complete the update of the Global Job System model 
  • Updating of the relevant professional families was completed, communicated and implemented
  • Continue to use Linkedin by creating an integrated work group that can best exploit this tool’s potential
  • Linkedin remains extremely successful in terms of recruitment, including thanks to the regular publication of articles about HR activities by the LinkedIn Narrative Team
